ABLE United collects personal information about our customers (Beneficiaries and Administrators) from the enrollment application, correspondence, account transactions and other forms of communication. ABLE United does not disclose any non-public personal information about current or former customers, except as required by the law. We may share some personal information about our customers with companies that provide services for ABLE United. These companies are required to adhere to our privacy and security standards, and their use of the information is restricted only to the information needed to provide program-related services to you.

ABLE United reserves the right to modify its privacy policy at any time. If modified, we will notify you of the change and, as applicable, allow you time to choose whether you want the information shared.

We use Hotjar in order to better understand our users’ needs and to optimize this service and experience. Hotjar is a technology service that helps us better understand our users experience (e.g. how much time they spend on which pages, which links they choose to click, what users do and don’t like, etc.) and this enables us to build and maintain our service with user feedback. Hotjar uses cookies and other technologies to collect data on our users’ behavior and their devices (in particular device’s IP address (captured and stored only in anonymized form), device screen size, device type (unique device identifiers), browser information, geographic location (country only), preferred language used to display our website). Hotjar stores this information in a pseudonymized user profile.
