Important System Transition Dates

Thursday, February 28

Beginning at 4 pm ET, account holders will be temporarily unable to access their accounts online or complete any transactions (make a contribution, withdrawal, or investment change) until the transition is complete.

Wednesday, March 6

Account access will be restored. You will receive email instructions from Sumday on how to retrieve your account and create a new password.

Three Easy Steps to Prepare

  1. Take note of your administrator email.
    • Once the transition is complete, you will use the administrator email address saved to your account as your username on the new system.
  2. Do you currently have automatic scheduled ACH contributions?
    • Automatic monthly contributions scheduled to take place between March 1 – March 5, will take place on March 6 and will appear on your account on March 8.
    • Please plan for all future automatic scheduled contributions (transfers) to be withdrawn from your linked bank account 2 business days prior to the selected date of contribution to your ABLE United account. For example, if you schedule the contribution for the 15th of the month, the funds will be removed from your linked bank account on the 13th of the month.
    • Automatic scheduled quarterly or annual contributions will be removed from your account. The new system will only allow automatic scheduled monthly contributions. It’s important to remember that you can come back after the transition and set up or modify any recurring monthly contributions.
  3. Do you currently request paper checks?
    • If your answer is yes, please note that after February 27, 2019, paper check requests will be mailed to Customer Service by means of a paper form.
